Too noisy and staff does not care about the noise.

Do not stay here if you need to sleep. The noise from the outdoor roof top dance club will keep you up all night. If it doesn't then the guests who had too much to drink will wake you when they come in and start pounding on room doors.

Very comfortable beds and very helpful staff.
Distance to the convention center was stated as 4 blocks, but it seemed further!

The hotel was attractive, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was an excellent value. Further from the convention center than I had anticipated, but walkable.

Rooms were nice and the beds were really comfortable.
I hated the fact that I had to pay $16 a night for parking.

$16 a night for parking is ridiculous. The only other option is to park and walk back to the hotel which only saves you $4 a day. The room was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would have loved the hotel if it were not for the parking charges.

Location was close to good restaurants and
entertainmnet venues.
Parking could get pricey.

The hotel is located in the middle of things downtown Charlotte. I was a bit disappointed in the tiredness of some of the public spaces. It is great for the business traveler though.

Hard to find the parking garage originally.

Great location. Easy to get to. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed with assortment of pillows. Nice gym.
