Check in was quick & efficient and everything was easy to access.
The security was very strict, which made me feel safe but also very annoyed.

The hotel was very clean, and for the most part the staff was very efficient, helpful, and friendly.

Location was excellent and center city meant being in the center of EVERYTHING.
The parking situation was not good because you cannot access the garage from the hotel.

I liked the ambiance of the hotel. The rooms were nice and updated, very clean. The lobby had a very modern feel to it. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Television/cable facilities went down; building and road construction too much noise.

I would have been more pleased if something could have been done sooner about the television/cable - I was unable to watch the all star game.

Exceptional service. Staff was very accommodating and helpful with directions, suggestions. Clean, fresh, inviting atmosphere created by stylish, modern decor throughout hotel. Well kept, comfortable rooms. Great views of downtown Charlotte, especially from rooftop lounge/pool areas.

To be in downtown Charlotte I was the hotel was very quiet.

The check in was fast and friendly. I like the valet parking.

great location.
The cleaning staff left us with fewer towels every day!

My friends and I were very satisfied with the Holiday Inn Charlotte Center City. All the staff we interacted with was very friendly and professional. The room itself was very nice and the location can't be beat!
