Great location right at the coliseum. Nice staff neat rooms, little expensive for accommodations, and the elevators were poor.

AC too loud staff changed room preference at check in smell of room.

Again nice decor in hotel. Needs new heating and s/c system. Wait staff very nice in Restaurant.

front desk man made us feel like we were 2nd class, saying "you know since you booked online you get 'the run of the lot' and further explained we would get a leftover, not so great room...i found this to be very rude

Everyone from the valet staff to the hotel staff was very friendly.

I really enjoyed myself, The staff was so helpful and friendly. They just make you feel welcomed, I would go and stay there every chance I get.

All of the staff was fantastic, friendly. The whole place was spotless, and clean, and very quite. Would go back.
The bathroom, door to close to toilet, did not like sink at all.

We found the hotel very nice, the staff was great and friendly, including housekeeping. The room was great, except for the bathroom, it was very small, and the large sink was a inconvenience when trying to get close to the mirror to shave, put on makeup, etc. I would do away with those completely. But over all I would give it all A's.

Great staff! Great location! Lovely room!
No refrigerator or microwave in the room.

This hotel met my expectations plus more! It the rooms and the lobby are beautifully decorated. Everyone from the time I stepped out of my car was super nice! They changed me to room with a king sized bed (since it was just me and my husband) very quickly with no hassle at all!

Beautiful lobby and updated room.
Had a $12.00 parking fee.

The hotel has been updated. There was no microwave or refrigerator in room and could not get one even if I paid extra. I did not like the sink that sit above the table. It was too tall for me and when washing my face, the water kept going down my arms.
