Very prepared, helpful and pleasant staff.

Very pleased with my stay. Every staff person was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The decor was stylish and newly updated. The hotel was clean. The location was a 5 minute walk to the Time Warner Arena where we were attending a concert.

Room service was
not available for 10 pm order.

Comfortable and quiet. Staff was eager and willing to be helpful. Hotel restaurant with great service and great food. Within walking distance to Bobcat Arena and several places to eat.

I liked the location to the Coliseum.
Parking deck was quite a distance from the room.

Overall the hotel was moderate. It had issues with the elevators and parking deck was difficult to navigate from room. It was convenient to Coliseum and room was nice.
