The service was great exhibited by all employed being very friendly and helpful.
The location necessitated additional cost for parking.

Overall the stay was pleasant with very friendly staff. The facilities with the exception of the cost for and inconvenience of the parking were very good.

Management helped relocate us to another room.
Room on first night was terrible, could not sleep because of noise. Requested another room.

First night in this hotel was bad. The room we were given was located on above the main street, across from a night club with loud music playing until 4 AM. Had to try to sleep on the floor on the other side of the bed until 4 AM.

The staff was extremely friendly and the service experience was wonderful.
Not really handicap-friendly.

While the staff is wonderful, the room in which I rented was less than adequate. There was no difference between the handicap room and any other room. The showers were not walk-ins but rather tub. They did have bars in there. The toilet was a standard toilet and not a higher ADA toilet. Room did not allow for wheelchair access once you go into the in-room hall.

Everything was within walking distance-bobcats stadium and etc.
Pay for parking.

Overall the Hotel was very nice and so was the staff. The location was excellent! I enjoyed my stay and would visit again.
