Horrible shuttle service.

The morning staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, but the afternoon and evening staff were incompetent. The shuttle only runs on the hour and not at 5 pm which is very inconvenient! I waited two hours one day for it to pick me up at UNC.

Super friendly staff and was
very accommodating.
The courtesy van did not always run on time.

This hotel has a great location for visiting chapel hill and the university. I would stay there again. Although the van did not always run on time, it was a great convenience to have free transportation into chapel hill and the university.

It had everything we needed and nothing we didn't.

Charming and well maintained with a very friendly staff. There is a sports theme, which I personally didn't care about, but many would probably enjoy. It wasn't obtrusive or obnoxious, though, and did not translate to the interiour decor of the rooms.

We like the holiday inn. the location to UNC college and other things. The bar is good. and the breakfast too.
