Good overall. Beds are small - my husband is tall so I'm always on the short end of space in bed.

The staff was extra friendly. It was very close to UNC.
The room was very small for the price of this hotel.

This hotel is very close to UNC and the sports theme is fun. The staff is great. However, the rooms are much smaller than any I have stayed in for the same money.

Horrible! Old, run down, A/C didn't work, rude staff. A true nightmare!

An absolutely horrible experience. It was an old dingy property that hadn't been updated in decades. The A/C didn't work in the room, and when I told the front desk they said, Isn't there a fan in the room? A fan? The bathroom was dimly lit and had a ceiling about 5'9 tall. It had exterior corridors, and my family and I certainly didn't feel safe.

Very clean, good staff, good shower.
No elevators for taking luggage to second floor.

It appears as an economy hotel, but the facilities were better with the exception of the absence of elevators to take luggage upstairs. The facilities and pool were very clean and the staff friendly. Restaurant food was good.

Good, free wireless internet and friendly staff.
Found some dirt and a pill not cleaned up by the bed.

The hotel is in a convenient location in chapel hill, about 5 to 10 minutes drive to the campus and Franklin street. Its really an old style "motel", but has updated amenities and a very friendly staff.
