The hotel was very clean and modern in design.
Breakfast was not included with the room rate.
This is a contemporary hotel design with clean and well maintained rooms. This hotel offers all needs for the traveler and is conveniently located to a major shopping outlet. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Close to the airport, downtown and beaches.
The hotel was close to the expressway and the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. The shower was spacious and comfortable. The furniture was nice and the bed was comfortable. Room was cleaned daily.

The hotel was easy to find, not far from our destination of historic Charleston. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very helpful. I would stay here again.

This hotel was brand new and very stylishly decorated. It exceeded my expectations for a room at a Holiday Inn.
The restaurant was a bit over priced.
This Holiday Inn was brand new and really exceeded my expectations. The hotel was very luxe and stylishly decorated, but it was comfortable at the same time. The business center had great equipment and it was easy to accomplish what I needed to get completed. The fitness center and pool were also great.

Appears to be new hotel. Great stone work throughout. Nice beds.
Proximity to downtown Charleston.
Thoroughly impressed with the beds and the bathroom. When I pulled into the hotel, I was shocked at how nice the Holiday Inn actually was. I am a frequent hotel patron and am very Marriott loyal - this was equivalent to a very upscale Courtyard, but more family friendly.

Our room was not cleaned the next day of our stay

This was a really nice hotel with the exception to our room was not cleaned the next day of our stay & our room keyed did not work. However I would recommend this hotel.

Luxurious feel as soon as you enter the lobby, which continues as you enter your room.
There was nothing I disliked at this hotel.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. The service, the professional look and feel, and atmosphere was refreshing. The cleanliness of a room, especially bathroom is very important to me. The bathroom with its 12 inch tile floor to ceiling was the best touch. The room service ordered at 9:30 pm was affordable and served with a smile. The restaurant had a great breakfast, as well.
