Nothing.
Not true about its stars and doesn't have the quality.

They can update the room qualities of TVs and heating system. The pool is outside only like a 2 star hotel and not clean.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the price was excellent for what was offered.
Not very many places close by to grab a bite to eat. We ordered pizza from Gino's and it took them close to three hours to deliver.

I would stay at this hotel again. It was clean and the free coffee downstairs was fresh and hot in the morning. I wish they would have offered a free breakfast. All in all, I was very well pleased.

Parking garage kept car out of severe winter weather.
Vending machines located only on main floor.

Hotel met my expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Appreciated the parking garage as a winter storm hit during the night.

Not many TV channels, restaurant was rather dusty and unwelcoming.

The staff was great.
We had no towels and had to ask.

Andrea was our check in person only 3 days on the job but you would have thought long term, great attitude! Paul was our server in the restaurant and he was wonderful! The front desk girl checked us out and she was great! Travis was responsible for cleaning the rooms on our floor and was great!

Hotel was very clean and great value.

Hotel has undergone extensive remodeling very tasteful. Excellent place to stay for activities downtown.

I checked out. That was the best part.
Moldy, outdated, unfriendly staff, unsafe parking, and the elevators.

This hotel is not a 3 star hotel; I would personally rate it around 2 stars (if that). The parking garage is a little shady. The elevators in the hotel itself are slow and outdated. They're working on renovations. I wouldn't really agree that renovations mean covering up the mold on the walls with new wallpaper (that appears to have been put up by a high school student completing community service hours). The staff isn't the friendliest and definitely does not reflect those of a 3 star establishment. read more

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Towels reeked of smoke.

This hotel is adequate but not worthy of 3 stars. This is a 2 or 2.5 star hotel.
