Room and view of the river. Also, staff is friendly.
No indoor pool.

We arrived around 2 a.m. and the desk clerk was extremely friendly. I am a Priority Club member and he offered me a late check-out without my asking. Room was spacious; clean; and bed was comfy. We had a high floor with a ceiling to floor window and beautiful view of the river. Would definitely stay here again!

It was close to the highway.
It was old and tired.

The hotel is worn and needs updating. The staff, while friendly enough, was not as professional as many of the other hotels in which I have stayed. It was not up to the level that I expect for my family nor the level of the other hotels we have booked but it worked for what we needed for the one brief night.

Very convenient location.
This did not have an indoor pool, the staff was not professional or educated.

The quality of this hotel and my experience was poor. This should not be ranked as a three star hotel in my opinion. Maybe a 2 1/2 star. No indoor pool and not staffed with professionals except for a delightful front desk clerk in the morning.

Bathroom door did not stay shut.

Nice beds, clean room, to be expected from Holiday Inn.
Not the hotel's fault but kids running around in hall, man at desk had think European accent
I could not understand.

Room was a bit cramped, curtains were left open and the room was hot
when we entered and the AC didn't work (probably because it was still cold outside).
A bit away from the highway, but that's alright.

The Hotel was very clean and nice the atmosphere was very nice and the personnel were very friendly & helpful.
The only thing we found dislikeable was the softness of the mattresses & the fact that there were supposed to be firm pillows but none were available.

Very nice overall.
