Great staff! Very friendly and helpful. Location was close to airport.
Rooms were clean and comfortable but slightly outdated.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and got a great rate. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. While the lobby and the facilities were very nice and updated, the rooms could have used some updating. However, the room was very comfortable and clean. It was very convenient to the airport.

Front desk could not give us directions to the hotel from the freeway.

Key didn't work, then toilet was stopped up.

Location was horrible, and the hotel was disgusting. The key didn't work when we initially got to the room. Then the toilet didn't work. It took a half hour for maintenance to show up, and when they left they made no attempt to clean up the water on the floor of the bathroom. They just left dirty footprints and puddles. Horrible hotel!

Stains - Rooms unkept - very disappointed.

Hotel needs remodeling. Rooms very dirty with hair and
stains. Phone system did not work. Plugs unsafe and coming out of the walls.

Good restaurant, easy location off interstate.
Past its prime, very old for the prices they are charging.

Overall, hotel seems to be a little ancient. Small rooms, very small bathrooms, showing their age. They were, however, clean. Staff was friendly, and allowed us to leave our car there instead of paying to park at airport. Restaurant/lounge was good.

The bed was great.
The airport shuttle too a while to pick me up.

The accomodations were very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. I would definately stay here again on a future trip.

Reliable shuttle and helpful staff as well as the pool had warm water.
Wished the pool towels were a little bigger.

Decent pool and exercise room. Great that it was so close to the airport too.

The staff was extremely friendly.
The breakfast bar pastries could only be warmed by staff.

The staff we came into contact with during check in, check out and in the halls was the kind of friendly you would find at a resort.
