1 day we had to get our own towels & toilet paper.
The hotel was OK, I wouldn't stay there again. The room wasn't very clean and the last night there, our room wasn't cleaned so at the end of the day when we got in, we had no clean towels or toilet paper. We had to go to the lobby and pick it up.

Slightly down at the heels, economical hotel with not much to make it stand out amongst other hotels, friendly staff, pets are welcome and adored.

I liked the cleaniness of the room and the comfort of the bed.
I missed having a refrigerator and microwave in the room and no free breakfast..
My overall experience was great. The young lady who checked us in and out was very professional(she had problem customers both times) handling everything quite well. It made our checkin and checkout a little longer, but I was so impressed with her patience and professionalism that I didn't mind, plus it gave me a chance to write a review since I am a travel agent.

This hotel was located close to many attractions, yet off the main road making it a bit more private.
Great room for the price. The room was clean, staff friendly. No complaints.

Great Price and a great staff.
Were not offered a menu for breakfast, was only told of buffet at $13.00 a person.
Was not happy with the fact they don't tell you the price of nor that it is a price for breakfast until you have been seated and juice and coffee is poured, was told to go to buffet but was not offered a menu instead, when complained about it and that the price was $12.95 a person half was refunded.
