Clean and quiet.
Need more elevators.

Stay was nice and pleasant. Hotel was clean. Beds were wonderful! We did not spend very much time in the hotel. While there the staff was nice and friendly.

Restaurant, surprised at the quality of breakfast, was very nice.
Cleaner smell was strange.

Very pleasant stay. Clean, nice linens, plenty of nice pillows. We had absolutely no problems during our overnight stay.

The staff.

This hotel was not on the start level that I chose. The staff was rude and unfriendly. The hotel was unkept. The bathroom wasn't very clean. I noticed a dirty towel once I was in the shower. To have a fridge in the hotel room, there was an extra fee for that. No microwave available either.

Nothing.
Filthy, loud music, room smelled like mildew, no staff to be found anywhere.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. It is an independently owned and operated Holiday Inn and might have well been an old, run down, Motel 6. Not exaggerating. When we arrived there was some party going on with over the top loud music playing - literally the whole lobby was shaking. There was also a police officer just hanging out in the lobby (that's not a good sign). We also stood around waiting for about 10 minutes until a desk clerk showed up. They also didn't have any roll away beds. The room smelled like mildew. All in all - not good. read more

Friendly and helpful staff.
Paper-thin walls, Hallways too cold. Doors slam.

Quality is in the details. On the surface, the hotel is pleasant to look at and in a good location but then you notice the showerhead being of the cheap kind, the curtains not closing completely, the doors slamming for lack of dampers, and the conversation your neighbors are holding because there is no noise insulation between the rooms. Instead of saving a few pennies, the builders could have done a better job of giving guests a pleasant experience. read more

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.
We got a smoking room and the smell was horrible. Maybe using a glade oil fan plug in would help.

My family and I stayed the weekend for a wedding. The staff and service was wonderful. It is a very clean and family friendly environment and would definitely recommend this establishment to everyone. Well Done!
