It was close to dining, shopping, movies with easy access to all major highways
No microwave available as expected.
Clean, comfortable, quiet, with a friendly staff who were quick to respond to guest's requests.

I liked the easy check-in/check out process.
Did not have an indoor pool for the children to swim in.
Overall my stay was good. Enjoyed the quietness once I got in my room.

The hotel room was smokey and the fire detector was rigged.
Arrived at the hotel and the staff seemed a lil slow in checking people in. Once we got to our room we were greeted with the smell of smoke and two platsic shower caps covering the smoke detector. I don't knwo the maid service would miss this. Jane helped u schage rooms immediately. They gave the same room to someone the next day with the same issue and no towels in the room. They delivered the towel to another room down the hall by leaving them by the door. read more

Location.
This is not a 3 or 3.5 star hotel.
This is your typical Holiday Inn with a bar and restaurant that closes at 10 PM and the typical horrible Holiday Inn food. The only reason this hotel is a 3 star is to make more that 1 higher end hotel in the area. I stay at the Hilton across the street 3 -4 times a year and there is no comparison between the two. This as I said is a typical Holiday Inn, there are much better values out there. read more

Beds, free wi-fi.
Very smoky lobby, unable to cable DVD player to TV.
Overall negative experience due to smoky lobby and noisy neighbors (hotel was empty yet loud party of teenagers placed directly next to us).

Very clean, upscale.
Received smoking room, Staff was very curt when asked if nonsmoking was avail.
As mentioned above, the hotel was very nice and well located. The staff did not seem interested in looking to see if there were non smoking rooms available.

Location.
Noisy, bed uncomfortable.
Not up to the rating it is given, I have stayed in a Hilton with a similar rating and it was FAR superior, with new furnishing and a complimentary breakfast.
