The beds were comfortable and linens/furniture very nice.
Housekeeping did a poor job vacuuming and room needed maintenance.

The overall quality of the room was very good. Comfortable beds and linens. The room needed some maintenance and housekeeping did a poor job vacuuming. No continental breakfast.

Good location, friendly staff, and good cookies.

For what I was looking for - an inexpensive place to spend a night while going to my older son's baseball tournament, it fit the bill. Nothing fancy by any means, however it was fine hotel and the beds were comfortable. The free wireless was good.

Good location.

The staff that checked me in was rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful. She was unwilling to consider my requests. The hotel location was good for our needs, and historic downtown Charlottesville was a wonderful surprise. I have been very disappointed in the service I have received at hotels. The price is good but I am questioning if it is worth being treated like a second class guest. read more

It took forever for a crib to show up, finally from one of the people at the front desk.

I wouldn't choose to stay here again, and have stayed at better hotels. On the plus side, it is close to the interstate if your exhausted and need a place to pull over.
