Location!
No free local calls. Food way overpriced. And not much for your money!

It's an older hotel. Location is great. But the little things that mean more to me than location. No free local calls. Uncomfortable mattresses and where my room located it felt like I was in the "bowels" of an ocean liner ship. 20 feet away from the hotel services.

The distance of the hotel from my nice.
The mold on the bathroom tile and around the support bar.

I was moved to a different smoking room due to the mold and the security guard saw it as well. My sister who lives in Alabama and a friend stayed in the hotel but we were not on the same floor even though requested.

Rhe location relative to most things in the Cherry Hill NJ area.
Extremely dirty and the staff are very unprofessional.

This hotel is very dirty and the staff could use customer service training.
