Gift shop and location.
The room was very outdated and the TV volume had to be adjusted constantly.

Very nice place except for the room.

Room had been converted to non-smoking 1 year ago but still smelled like smoke.

Essentially everything was average and what you would expect from a holiday inn. The room did reek of smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. They did change our room for the second night. We had an issue with the partying neighbors who were up till 4 am. The hotel did try to quiet them done but it didn't work. I was told by the manager the next day that they should have been kicked out. While that is great that they realized that, it didn't help that I didn't get much sleep. read more

Elegant, but not stuffy, know what I mean?
Th ice machine was not on our floor.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. It was like a quiet resort, a mid the commercial area. The close proximity of various stores made it also convenient.

Restaurant staff was not well trained. Waiters and bartenders were not professional.

Nice rooms, hot water runs out during peak times, skip the restaurant and bar.

This Holiday Inn has been nicely remodeled. The room was comfortable, very quiet and spotless. It was as nice as the Hyatt I stayed at the next night.

Great restaurant.
Pool was closed for annual cleaning and we had looked forward to that.

The hotel is nice overall; many details in the room spoke of its age.

Very friendly hotel staff.

Although the hotel was undergoing renovations, the hotel management and staff did not let this impede upon my stay. I felt welcome and appreciated. It is very nice to encounter a staff who truly seem to enjoy what they do and by the way, they do it very well.
