The price I paid through Priceline.
The view I got. The difficulty getting to our room, small room.

I cannot imagine anyone paying full price for this room. It was very small and very inconvenient to get to. I cannot imagine how we would have gotten out of the place. We had to take two sets of elevators to get to the rooms. Our view was the inside of the hotel walls. We could not even see the sky!

The room and the bathroom were clean.
The renovation was not complete and our room was beyond outdate and uncomfortable.

Everything about this hotel was deceptive. The pictures online, the claim to have undergone a multi-million dollar renovation, the lobby. Once we got into the elevator, onto our floor and in our room, we realized that the renovation was not complete at all!

Beautiful public spaces and a great location.
Did not receive room preference and they wanted to up charge on arrival for it.

The hotel public spaces were top end for a holiday inn. The rooms were standard with a nice flat screen TV. It was a great location for our needs and the price was fantastic. Parking was 31 per night which even in a big city for non-valet open air parking seemed like a lot. overall, a great experience!
