Incredibly friend and courteous staff, good location along the Blue Line, very clean and comfortable rooms.
Although it was located near the Cumberland Stop on the Blue Line, it's a somewhat dangerous hike across busy streets to get there.
Great staff, very friendly, very safe. Only ate at the breakfast buffet once, the food was great.

The room is immaculately clean. Free wireless internet is an added bonus. Free parking for guests is another added bonus since I have a rental car with me. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is spacious.

The beds were very
comfortable better than I was expecting.
The maid came too early twice.
The hotel was convenient enough for us to take a cab to where we were going that night and not cost us too much. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't go to the bar or restaurant but took a quick peek around and it looked really nice. If we didn't already have plans, we would have definitely stopped in.

The hotel, although older, was newly remodeled. Rooms were exceptionally clean - each day the maid service did a superb job of cleaning. The elevators, lobby, restaurant was very nice. On the downside, the parking was dark during the day, parking was cramped and leaky. Would not
stay this far from downtown, but could find no other accommodations. Driving into the city was a long and stressful commute for leisure purposes. read more

It was clean, hotel staff was great, right off I-90.
NA.
I enjoyed this hotel. I was going to Chicago for the first time and I was going by myself. I enjoyed the hotels pool and the rooms were great. The only thing is the restaurant cost a lot of money.

The front desk was a great help in getting me Downtown. They recommended a $2 train ride - rather than the $50 cab ride.
The gift shop was closed all afternoon and I needed toothpaste.
