Room was filthy, old glasses still in room, hair everywhere. Toilet, sink,shower, smelled horrible.

I would not rate any Holiday Inn at 3 stars, only 2 1/2. The things that prevent it from being 3 stars are plastic cups instead of glass, plastic hangers instead of wood, and a window air conditioner instead of central air.

We got a mini fridge.
Kids feet were dirty from walking barefoot in room. Carpet felt oily. Keep socks on!!

Over all positive experience. The dirty carpet ruined our otherwise positive experience. The kids socks were black from playing in the room. When we noticed, they couldn't play on the floor anymore. Otherwise the room was nice.

The location was ideal for my trip.
The restaurant's food was not that good.

I enjoyed my stay, and the location was ideal with shopping, movies, and other major highways within minutes.

Both the inside and outside pools were nice and clean towels were available at both.
The hotel needed more elevators, the wait for one was long.

The hotel was clean, the pools were nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, it could have used more elevators.
