Very clean, friendly staff.
Location was downtown, there was mild traffic noise all night.

Nice hotel. Very clean and nice. Cleaning staff did a great job. Indoor swimming pool was roomy & clean. Ate at the restaurant, very good food. Lots of options and a buffet. Bed was pretty hard & location was downtown.

Nice staff.
Needs major updating.

Needs major updating--old and the rooms were very very cramped and the bathrooms have no counter space. Not the cleanest, either!

Loved the high quality bed and bedding.
Nothing.

Front desk staff cheerful and well organized. I didn't eat in the hotel or use any of the facilities.

The bar was quaint.
The shower didn't work, the floor was dirty, the bathroom was tiny, the color scheme was horrible, I could go on.

I would not stay at this hotel again. The shower didn't work, there was food on the floors when we got to the room, the bathroom is tiny (I'm only 5'6 and I could reach the ceiling w/ no problem), the shades on the windows had holes all over them, the furniture is old, the door was all beat up and paint missing, the pillows were tiny.

Quiet room, clean, good food on Sunday, and a very friendly and helpful staff.
Water in shower was warm but not hot when I took shower but was still good.

The Holiday Inn is a nice hotel, friendly staff, I have stayed there before and used the pool then and was a nice place. Only bad thing on the pool is that you have to walk around the lobby to get to it but that is the way most of the hotels that I stay in are.

Convenient location, quiet room on 8th floor, great service.
The keys needed to be re keyed often, shower plug stuck, not enough parking outside front door when loading/unloading.

We found the hotel was very suited for our needs and is a great location downtown. We requested a quiet floor and got it. The beds were comfortable and loved the choice of pillows. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, and exercise room also. The staff was always willing to help and with great attitudes. I would have loved to have a continental breakfast, but the restaurant was a good place to eat. However, we needed to get our room pass re keyed everyday and sometime more than that. read more
