Good location near the Augusta Civic Center.
This hotel is under major construction and is very dusty. No exercise room or laundry room available at this time.

This hotel is under major construction and is very dusty. No exercise room or laundry room available at this time. This should be a good place to stay once all the renovations are completed.

Staff was helpful.
The place was under construction.

The area of the hotel I was in was under construction. My hotel number was written on masking tape, the wall fixture outside the room was on the floor, and the walls of the hall were sparkled but not painted. The hotel should never have put people there.

Convenient location.
Unpleasant restaurant.

As I entered the restaurant, a hostess was intervening in a potential fight between 2 patrons. The room was very good but the restaurant was not one I'd return to.

It more than met our expectations. It was really great. It was very close to everything.
Lady who greeted us great. Problem in the evening with staff. We were trying to book at another Holiday Inn. Not very knowledgable or helpful.

Definitely comes highly recommended.

Clean and friendly staff.
No refrigerators, microwaves and coffee in lobby usually cold.

It was ok. No amenities that really made it stand out. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Reasonably priced restaurant in very close proximity.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.
No free continental breakfast.

What I liked about the hotel is the convenience, location and the overall willingness of the staff to help. We were traveling from Maine to NY and my daughter left her favorite bandana in the room. When we called housekeeping to ask if they had found it, they offered to send it to us.

Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom.
Room service not available until 7am.

This hotel met my expectations of a clean, comfortable, easy overnight stay while passing through town. Unfortunately, on-site breakfast was not available until 7am, meaning I had to scavenge for something to eat in the morning. Luckily, there was a Dunkin' Donuts just down the street. The staff was friendly and I felt fully satisfied with the experience.

Location.
Out of coffee during the day, pool broken.

The location was good. The hotel was definitely not worth the money! Pool was broken and I couldn't get coffee from the lobby during the afternoon.

Everything was fine.
The bed was hard. Not like my bed back home.

Everything about this hotel was fine. My time there was wonderful. Everything was close by. Didn't have to travel to far.
