The price from Priceline was good.
The hotel room felt damp and dark.

The hotel was okay for the price. The room felt small, dark and damp. The hotel staff was friendly though. There was no continental breakfast however and the walls were fairly thin. We were woken up by other guests who were talking loudly and slamming doors. The hotel did provide a real portable crib however and not just a playpen.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning.
There was no elevator and I had to carry my bag and walk up the stairs.

At the front desk at check-in.
Construction, no pool or jacuzzi.

Basically comfortable and nice but construction meant it was noisy.

Convenient to highway.
Dingy and dirty looking.

I would never stay at this hotel again It wasn't convenient at all to get to the Lobby. You had to constantly go outside to get to the lobby. No elevator for older people and they didn't offer continental breakfast and the room I had smelled of smoke and I was suppose to be in a non smoking room.

Location, efficient, relaxed atmosphere.
Nothing worth noting in this category.

The hotel is located on the edge of town. In this instance, that's a plus. Modern, tidy facility adjacent the Augusta Civic Center. Plenty of parking. Close to shopping. Dining on site. Professional, courteous staff.

Shower did not work.

The next morning tried the shower, did not work, had to leave. No time to have them come to fix the problem, went to front desk as I was leaving.

It was close to my meetings.
The walls were thin and the person on the other side coughed most of the night.

The hotel is old, and undergoing renovations. I was supposed to be given a breakfast slip and had I not asked the waitress to check, I would have had to pay $8 for breakfast. I'll definitely stay somewhere else the next time I go to Augusta.

The location was convenient and the mattress was comfortable.
The walls were so thin you could hear everything in the hall as well as adjoining rooms.

This hotel is great for someone just passing through. If you're looking for a comfortable mattress this place has it. If you're looking for a quiet night this is not the place. One could hear the television as well as all conversations in the neighboring rooms and anything going on in the hallway. We've stayed here twice and tried different locations in the hotels, but the noise level is the same. read more
