The room was spacious, had a fridge and the bed was wonderful.
Way too Noisy.

This is a really nice Holiday Inn. The only problem was screaming and running children in the hallway. The management couldn't seem to control them. Since I was traveling for business and had to get up early I was not happy with the situation.

Very pleasant staff, helpful with directions, assistance finding a colleague's lost keys, etc.

Close to Umaine Augusta, the Civic Center, easily connects with downtown, close to interstate 95. Clean, very friendly, and wait staff in restaurant was tops!

It was close to my meetings.
The walls were thin and the person on the other side coughed most of the night.

The hotel is old, and undergoing renovations. I was supposed to be given a breakfast slip and had I not asked the waitress to check, I would have had to pay $8 for breakfast. I'll definitely stay somewhere else the next time I go to Augusta.

Reasonable price for a clean pleasant room.
Fitness center is minimal.

Hotel is conveniently located to highway, rooms are reasonably spacious and just redone (some rooms still waiting for finishing). Staff was helpful, but some of the amenities, including the wireless connection and the fitness center did not live up to my expectations.

Convenient location.
Unpleasant restaurant.

As I entered the restaurant, a hostess was intervening in a potential fight between 2 patrons. The room was very good but the restaurant was not one I'd return to.

Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom.
Room service not available until 7am.

This hotel met my expectations of a clean, comfortable, easy overnight stay while passing through town. Unfortunately, on-site breakfast was not available until 7am, meaning I had to scavenge for something to eat in the morning. Luckily, there was a Dunkin' Donuts just down the street. The staff was friendly and I felt fully satisfied with the experience.
