Good location near the Augusta Civic Center.
This hotel is under major construction and is very dusty. No exercise room or laundry room available at this time.

The place was under construction.

The area of the hotel I was in was under construction. My hotel number was written on masking tape, the wall fixture outside the room was on the floor, and the walls of the hall were sparkled but not painted. The hotel should never have put people there.

Location, comfortable bed, friendly staff.
For a 2-star hotel the room small and not very clean.

Room was small and the bathroom was not very clean (mirrors, vanity top, and toilet). The water from the shower collected at the top of the bathtub and leaked onto the floor. The bathroom sink had a small amount of water seeping out from the bottom of the vanity. The bathroom definitely needed an upgrade.

The hominess of the room and the exercise facility.
They no longer give a breakfast certificate for each night stay.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have been satisfied each time with the condition and the staff. I would stay here each time I stay in Augusta.
