Helpful staff with my special request.
Lobby was very small and not very welcoming, The cost of movies seemed high.

The restaurant connected to the hotel was horrible (breakfast), the restaurants staff was slow and inconsiderate and the food left a lot to be desired.

The hotel is located on the edge of town. In this instance, that's a plus. Modern, tidy facility adjacent the Augusta Civic Center. Plenty of parking. Close to shopping. Dining on site. Professional, courteous staff.

The location was convenient and the mattress was comfortable.
The walls were so thin you could hear everything in the hall as well as adjoining rooms.

This hotel is great for someone just passing through. If you're looking for a comfortable mattress this place has it. If you're looking for a quiet night this is not the place. One could hear the television as well as all conversations in the neighboring rooms and anything going on in the hallway. We've stayed here twice and tried different locations in the hotels, but the noise level is the same. read more

Friendly staff, quaint, loved there was a fridge and microwave.
Walls between rooms a bit paper thin. We could hear the
TV show next door and hear people talking clearly the first night.

We enjoyed our stay and the location of the hotel.
