The parking felt safe and secure.
The front desk person was not very welcoming.

This hotel was clean and felt pretty safe. It is located on Market and 8th, so it's in a good location to walk to many places (Union Square, theaters, restaurants, etc.). The parking was expensive (as is all parking in SF), but it felt safe and secure. The storage in the parking areas was a little strange, but I assume it is temporary.

This hotel should have installed replacement glass to improve sound attenuation. I woke several times due to loud street noises from vehicles. I would not stay at this hotel again due to this.

It was very close to the Orphuem Theatre. Great lobby.

Location was fine. Room was kind of small. Bathroom had poor venting. You could not keep the room warm (thermostat was at 80+) due to very old and poorly insulated sliding glass doors. Room was clean, parking was ridiculous.

The free breakfast buffet I enjoy at other hotels.

This is a nice place to stay in a less-than-desirable neighborhood that happens to be centrally located. I would recommend this hotel to business and family travelers.

Conveniently located and was within easy walking distance. Public transport was just outside the hotel. Hotel room was very nice and friendly staff.
