The location was great, good access to public transportation, and it appeared to be a safe area.
Really nothing, it suited my purposes.

It was good, I would stay there again and I would recommend it.

Staff not too friendly.

Not nearly as nice as the other Holiday Inn in San Francisco (on Van Ness) that I have stayed at as regards rooms, staff courtesy and helpfulness, etc. But it was very convenient to the Civic Center area.

Lobby , front desk, not appealing, clerks are luke warm.

21/2 about right, Lobby front desk not friendly. rooms very clean , bed excellent , bathroom fine.
