Shower curtain was not clean and it smelled. The heat was barely working. There was no continental breakfast. There was no fridge/microwave in the room.

Overall I liked the hotel. No fridge or microwave in the room and the heater wasn't quite working well, it was a nice hotel.

The place are convenience, close to the mall, restaurant, and Walmart. The bed is comfortable.
Noisy, less privacy, no elevator.

Public space provided a lot to do for the kids.
Room was small. Carpets were new, but not modern otherwise.

Most of the staff was friendly. Service was a bit slow in the restaurant. Public space was nice and well kept. It may have been newly renovated. The large open area was great for the kids - indoor pool, a 1-hole miniature golf, ping-pong, pool table, a few very old video games. The room was on the small side. carpets were new, but bathroom needs to be fixed up and modernized. A mini fridge in the room is also needed. read more

Clean and neat and family friendly.
Dated décor.

This was a great place to stay for one night like we did. With the Courtyard pool and play things, it would probably also be a nice place to stay for more than one night. Although, I might be concerned if there was a group having a party and we had a room on the Courtyard. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to be able to get connecting rooms.

Smoking in bar.

Room was noisy (next to ice machine etc) for me but then I'm sensitive to this type of thing. No soap in room, which made it hard to wash hands or take shower. Got soap from front desk in AM no problem. Would have liked a queen bed instead of 2 doubles but was ok.

Long wait at breakfast and dinner.

The staff in this hotel is very friendly and works hard. The biggest problem is they run their restaurant short handed so they are continually apologizing to their guests for their long waits. This makes it a little more challenging for the guests with small children-which we were...
