It was close to the interstate and the pillows were great!
Bathroom was almost too small for one person to fit it. Forget bathing kids in there.
Lacking in so much for the price paid for one night's stay. Although the bed and pillows were great, the hotel room was the quality of one that could be booked for much less. The bathroom was so tiny that you had to shimmy in around the door to be able to get into the bathroom and close it to get to the tub. Also, I called ahead and made sure of check in time, and when I got there an hour later than told, the room was not ready. I was told I could wait with my young kids in the lobby for 1/2 hour. Not acceptable for how much I was paying for that stay. read more

Location.
Quality.
Hotel layout is bad. Pool was unavailable which was the main reason I chose it. Staff was rude and room was not even ready on time.

Hotel staff was excellent, most courteous and helpful, the best.
Hotel was average for a Holiday Inn but the staff and the treatment I recieved was better than first class, friendly ,warm people willing to help and serve my every need. Thank you.

The room was completely remodeled with all new furnishings and very comfortable.
The bathroom was too small.
Most of the hotel has been remodeled recently. There were construction signs but I did not hear anything disruptive or view any debris. The room I was in was great. It had a king bed, sofa and sitting area, desk with an executive style chair and a refrigerator and microwave. Everything was new. I would rate the room itself 3 star easily. It was a pleasant experience.

The rooms were open and the beds were excellent.
The method/distance to the pool was ridiculously long and inconvenient.
I would stay here again. It was well cared for and had all the amenities I look for in a nice hotel.

It was close to restraints and family.
Air conditioner was noisy.
It was quite, with the exception of the old air conditioner and it was very convenient, wonderful King bed. I like the fact that hotels are saving on the towels and linens. If you need them changed, all you do is ask. Very nice staff at the front desk.

The location was this hotels biggest selling point, but I would be willing to try the Sleep Inn located right nearby.
Check-in was a total nightmare. Front desk attendant double booked this room. Should not reservations prevent this?
I have stayed in many Holiday Inns in the past, but would not stay at this particular one ever again. The absence of the free continental breakfast was a real surprise. I ca not remember the last time I stayed at a hotel that did not offer at least a little something. The check-in problems were inexcusable. It took about 15minutes to get checked-in. I had higher expectations considering I reserved this hotel at least 2weeks in advance. After all of that, we get everything unpacked for our 5-night stay only to get a call requesting we move--the front desk attendant apparently double-booked the room. There is a Sleep Inn right nearby that will be getting my business next time. read more

The waitress in the restaurant. Supervisor, was extremely nice.
Everything was an extra charge. Supposedly wants families - not so.
The hotel is some what run down. Holiday Inn is supposedly a family orientated hotel. The was only one children's TV station. That was PBS which mid morning the format changes over to adult format. We wanted to use the microwave but in looking through there information book it was a fee to do so. The TV was a piece of crude. 99% of the time it was out of focus and blurry. We needed more towels than the two they initially gave us as 4 people occupied the 2 double bed room. We were scared to ask for any more due to all "extras" having a cost. The shower faucet had a drip that wouldn't stop. There was a small bottle of water which had a label of $3.00! It was totally outrages staying there and totally not worth the amount we paid. I would only give it a 1 star rating. read more

The location was very great for us, right off i-79 north.
Room heater was inconsistent.
Overall, very pleased, Iżd stay there again if traveling near there.
