The bathroom was small.

Overall experience was great. Very nice upscale entrance and friendly front desk staff. Room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable for hotel beds, and the TV worked well. My only complaint for a hotel room in this price range is the bathroom size. I would have much preferred two sinks, one in a separate vanity area. As it was there was barely room to maneuver around in there. A small complaint, but notable if you are traveling with someone. read more

I was in a ground floor room. It was raining the 1st night of my stay. From the restaurant to my room there were 4 leaks from the ceiling. Remind you I am on the ground floor. I said something to an employee and they said there were leaks everywhere. In my room there was a sliding door and the lock did not work or a bar. I called the desk to let them know and even asked if they had a broom I use to secure the door. They said no, and they haven't had any problems. Being a smart mouth I said, so if you come to clean the room tomorrow and there is knife sticking out of my chest, you'll then know you had a problem. The response was sorry, they didn't have anything to secure the door. I happen to have a level in my vehicle that I had to use to secure the door. read more

The hotel was clean and very nice in appearance.The staff was friendly and very informative on area activities and locations. Families seemed to be enjoying the pools and other activities at the hotel.
