Room was spacious.
Room service was very slow.

Hotel was under construction. Lobby was very slippery d/t dust but no signs of caution were placed. Front desk staff was not friendly but did change room with an attitude. Called for additional sheets for pull out couch (which should have been in room) and was told its going to be a while because one of us is on break! Sheets were delivered after we went to sleep.

Good room service meals, close to major highway.
Heater vents blew right onto bed should've been at foot of bed by desks.

We stayed at a 2 star Comfort Suite in Columbus the night before that was 1/2 the cost and a little cleaner and more comfortable, although no room service was available there.

Known commodity, have stayed there before, convenient.
Saturday night parking was difficult.

Nice restaurant. Lounge as active as ever on Saturday night. Friendly staff. Room nicely maintained and big enough. Would have liked to have more coffee packets in the room.

were overpriced, coffee maker didn't work.

Convenient for business purposes, the hotel is showing it's age, the windows don't open and my room had a cigarette odor despite the fact it was non smoking.

Was currently in a highway construction area.

In good area for shopping and eating. Close to interstate. Clean room.
