The waitresses were very friendly and helpful.
I did not get a smoke free room as requested. Toilet overflowed!

They insisted no smoke free rooms were available and put me on a smoking floor with loud parties going on and children running down the hall until 11pm.They told me they were sold out for the evening and I had no other choice of rooms yet at the desk another customer arrived one week ahead of his reservations and they accommodated him with no problem. Within 10 min. of arrival to the room the toilet backed up and overflowed. They did come attend to it in a half hour but it still did not help as I was already upset over the smoking room. read more
