Restaurant staff.

Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms and hallways have been updated. The decor is excellent. The kids loved the pool. Great overall experience.

The beds were comfortable.
The elevator rides were scary and bumpy, and my baby was injured by the elevator doors.

The hotel was decorated nicely. There were, however, always people smoking right outside the main entrance, making entering and exiting an exercise in holding one's breath. We had hoped for a room with a king-size bed, but they were all sold out. The elevators were extremely bumpy - scary to ride even to the second floor. There was a gummy dinosaur on the floor of our room. The beds were very comfortable, and the room had plenty of space for us to set up our portable crib. The bathrooms made very efficient use of space but felt cramped to me. It was a fine place to spend a quick night on the road, but it didn't really feel luxurious as such. read more

A clean, functional hotel close to the Ohio turnpike. If you're looking to stop somewhere for the night and don't need it to be exciting this is a good bet.

A few staffers were not helpful!

It was easy to find and a short trip of the main high way. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nicely updated!

I loved the pool.
The room smelled bad and there was dirt in corners and under sink.

I was disappointed. The front desk staff was friendly and the pool was nice. My room smelled bad and there was dirt under the sink and bed.

The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was friendly.
The pool was too deep for small children.

The hotel was great for the price - and the location was so convenient for us - but the hotel did not blow me away. The room was fine, the pool was really huge and nice and warm- but too deep for my 4 year old to touch the bottom so it was hard to enjoy. Staff was friendly and helpful.
