Spacious room, nice amenities, friendly service, great location to Orlando events/parks.
Only bad was two of the evenings we were there the pools were cleaning.

It was a great family friendly place to stay. If you go, try to get a room on river island, if you like to swim, this was the only thing I would have changed! Its location is great, great space in the room, nicely laid out!

Great pools, amenities, and relaxing place to vacation, close to Disney
The "villa" was an apartment building

Would go back. They were not pushy in reference to making you go to the sales pitch for the time share. Lots of sales men in golf carts everyday showing the property to people. Great pools and golf cources. I would recomend staying at the resort over going to Disney to get your money's worth for the stay.

Showers had a little mildew.

GREAT place. Super big room and a great value. Pools were very nice. We were disappointed that at times the waterfalls were not running. Pressure to take time share tour was not excessive. They took no for an answer.

There is a laundry section in your villa
Could have used non-stick pans.

The resort is very accommodating. The people are friendly and helpful. The grounds are well-maintained. I love the fact that each villa is pretty much like your own home. It's complete with a full kitchen and laundry area. The outside environment is very peaceful and clean. Check-in and check-out was a breeze.

Relaxing took away all my stress.
I wasn't happy with the location of my room.

The hotel was clean and didn't have that rundown look that happens to many hotels in the area. I thought the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the pillows! They were horrible, took me days to get used to them.

Rooms were very clean and spacious.
Check in took over 2 hours. Nothing was setup properly.

Check in was very long and upsetting. Once we got to our room, our room keys were not setup, so we had to drive back to the reception to get keys activated. Also, at the pool and restaurants, the key was supposed to be linked to my credit card with a credit on it, and that was never setup.

The villa had ample room and good amenities.
The bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable.

Good location for Disney and other local attractions. The 24 hour guard is nice too. Complex is huge, but we didn't find it too difficult to find the various pools. The pools were at least 93 degrees, like taking a bath, so that was not refreshing to say the least. But, our daughter (age 9) still loved it. The rooms were nice, but I don't think they ever clean the screened porches unless you're an owner. We also found items left behind from previous guest when we were packing up. But, still a good value for the price. read more
