Convenient, clean and was comfortable.
Having to pay $10 extra for parking, no exit from back parking lot when walking.

The service was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

Central location to downtown, as well as a very friendly staff.
The main elevator controls appeared to be broken, resulting in our using the service elevator.

Very nice. Clean, the staff was great, and the food was very good.

Restaurant staff.
Dirty rooms.

The restaurant staff was exceptional. There was a problem with the key machine when we arrived. We did not get keys to our room until 8 am the next morning. Room and towels were dirty. Sink clogged. Very little hot water. Was very disappointed with the stay other than the restaurant.

The design on the inside was very impressive.
They charged for local phone calls.

I thought this hotel was very impressive. I only had problems with the front desk not wanting to take messages and being polite to those who called the room. I was shocked that they charged for local phone calls, I had to use my calling card to dial locally.

Clean, quiet, in-town and close to everything.
Back door didn't work, employees didn't work.

Bad neighborhood. Employees were very young teenagers. Each employee had a different story about what worked or didn't work and why or how. Decent $ value however.

Rooms were nice.
The elevators were broken down long wait for just one.

We had a 2 day stay and they locked us out of the room, after the first day again elevators 2 of them so long wait.
