There is limited elevator service to the 2nd floor. The building itself is very old and it appears that it was recently painted, yellow inside with a spray gun, followed by the installation of a Holiday Inn sign outside. It is not up to the standards of a Holiday Inn. It is more equivalent to a Best Value Inn. If you want coffee downstairs, bring a buck with you because it's not complimentary. read more
