The noise level due to my room being put right next to the laundry room.

The room was clean and neat. My room was next to the laundry room where all the housekeepers washed linen and towels. It was very loud and interuppted with my partner and I's sleep.

A nice surprise. We normally stay at another hotel in the area and their price had jumped significantly. We were just stopping for the night so I wanted something more economical and found it here. Good price, clean, friendly, helpful!

Positive and helpfulness of desk staff. Fantastic housekeeper.

Large rooms, quality beds and pillows and sanitary bedding system. No large dirty bedspreads serving as an extra blanket. Well stocked bathroom supplies. Small refrigerator and microwave in room. No ridiculous and expensive mini bar in room. Convenient to freeway and yet not noisy.

The pool was nice and there was ample parking.
Broken equipment in fitness room, keys did not work, zero noise control and unhelpful staff.

We were expecting our stay to be comparable to the hotel, but felt it was similar to the Ramada. Most of the rooms have exterior hallways, so there is a lot of noise! (Including construction in the morning and people partying in the parking lot at night). The fitness room had only 4 pieces of equipment, one of which was broken for our entire week stay, despite several guests mentioning it to the staff. There were also no towels in the fitness room. Our room keys stopped working mid-stay, which was an easy enough fix, but still a hassle. Housekeeping did not come two out of the 6 days we were there. Unbelievable. When we mentioned these things to the front desk, they simply did not care. We normally stay at the Hilton in Concord, which is great. read more

I cannot think of anything good about my stay at this hotel.
This hotel was not well kept and was not enjoyable.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff did not provide accurate information and the room was not clean. When we requested that someone fix our broken toilet, it took forever for someone to respond. This also happened when we requested toilet paper, which the maid did not re supply.

The staff was very friendly.
Rooms and baths need to be refurbished. Old and tired.

It's Ok. I asked for a 3star and it is in no way an upscale hotel. We recently stayed at the Waknut Creek Marriott which is also listed as a three star hotel. There is no comparison.

Dirty, room was used as a storage closet, bad smells.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have been at in over 20 years.
