For some reason did not carry MSNBC - although TV had so many other channels - it was an obvious political comment.

Room was fully refurbished. Whole experience was great value.
Access to main street was sometimes difficult.

A great value. Hotel was fully refurbished, clean and friendly front desk people. Access off I-93 is quick and easy.

Very convenient location to downtown and highway branches, restaurants within walking distance.
Tricky entrance/exit, narrow parking spaces, needs better set-aside business computer area, room AC, heat thermostat defective.

Location was the best!
Our non-smoking room did not smell of smoke, but the hallway on the 4th floor did.

This hotel was actually better than I expected for a 30-year old property. It is near the center of Concord and check-in was a breeze. We requested a non-smoking room which did not smell of smoke, but stepping out into the hallway on the 4th floor, the smoke smell was noticeable. The beds were small doubles, but the room had free internet access. The room appeared clean and a very good value on Priceline. read more

The room was real nice and the marble in the bathroom was great
parking lot was to dark need better lights

Water shut off without notification.

Other than the water being shut off for 8 hours of the day without notification, water was brown with rust when it was turned back on, Ice machine not working on the floor I was staying and being told there was a bike wash station for the motorcycle (it was bike week)and not having one, it was a good stay!

The room was spacious and the bath newly remodeled. Great restaurant adjoining.
Newly remodeled bath but I was standing in slow draining water during shower.

The rooms are spacious and clean with modern bedding. The bath was newly remodeled with the modern feel of wood and stone. Free wireless Internet is a big plus. No in room frig or microwave but coffee maker.
