Because there was no free breakfast offered, we would not stay there again. There were plenty of other motels in the area that did offer a complimentary breakfast that would have saved us a substantial amount of money.

Unfortunately road works and developed in the area, detracted from the ambiance. The pool was not obviously available. It would be a benefit if some outside seating/picnic area were provided. The hotel is ideally positioned (when road/development is completed) for all local attractions.

The Holiday Inn at Painted Post, N.Y was a satisfactory place to spend a night. The room was spacious, clean, and adequately furnished. We did not try the restraint but there was a good restraint, the Jelly Bean, across the street from the Motel. I was not pleased to find that this Motel did not provide a breakfast facility.

With this price range the hotel is okay. The facilities are too old, a/c does not work very well, and air quality in rooms is not good (with little uncomfortable smell). Finally, the hotel is not suitable for disable persons.

Excellent hotel. No complaints.

I would highly recommend this hotel. This hotel had no musty order, was very clean staff was so kind and the beds were comfortable and coffee was available in the room. Not so with the other hotel.
