I liked the staff, and that it was non-smoking. Shower was good!
The pillows were chunky, and some of the furniture was broken.

I fell in love here, so it's likely my review would coming from that experience rather than from the hotel itself! Shuttle anywhere within three miles awesome. Coincidentally, our group had a dinner there the previous Friday for about 60 people - food was good, but the wait staff and management was great. What makes his hotel exceptional is not the building or decor, but the people who work there. read more

Lobby -entry was very nice as far as decor.
The heating unit in my room did not work, the walls seem thin as I could hear everything next door.

Good for the price, I would likely stay again when I have semi-annual business trips, but hoping the facilities work next time and that I dont have loud guests next door.

The lobby, room, and grounds were very well done and far more up-to-date and upscale than I expect from Holiday Inn.

Had trouble extending my stay.

This was a great haven at a hard time in our family. It was clean friendly, comfortable and quiet.

Free internet access was a plus.
The carpet was dirty, the restroom tiles almost killed me (slippery), the bathtub was disgusting, the lighting terrible.

This hotel is suitable for sleeping only. The restroom extremely tiny, I slipped on the tiles, and the bathtub had one of those attached stoppers that looked like an umbilical chord complete with mildew. The carpet was dirty and we found junk under the bed. Also there is limited parking, we parked under a carport area that looked somewhat unstable.
