General location and access to shopping and restaurants.
The complementary breakfast was fat-filled and you could not simply get a bagel or muffin; the toilet in my room didn't properly flush.

Good location, tidy and well decorated room, comfortable bed. Need to consider a buffet for breakfast, since you either order eggs, potatoes, meat and toast or nothing (can't simply get a bagel to go). Could also use some lids for coffee to go, which is located right next to the lobby desk. All in all, a good value for the $, especially if you book with priceline.com. Just need to make a few tweaks to make it perfect.

Hotel was quiet and the heating system was digital and operated very well. Hotel met my expectations exactly and I would recommend highly.

Smelled bad.

This whole facility is tired and smells. The mattresses have a plastic cover over them which makes you sweat at night. The room smelled bad and the internet connection was faulty bumping you off constantly. I would not want to stay here again.

Outside entrances, room smelled, window unit ac, staff not friendly, put in back of hotel outside upstairs.

When I checked in, it was not a smooth process. It was a two story motel with outside entrances (some inside entrances). I was placed in the back of the hotel on the 2nd floor. When I verbalized concerns of the location, I was told, Oh, I stay back there myself and prefer it back there you are certainly safe. But I will move you if that will make you feel better. The room smelled of old musky air, there was a window unit that did not work well. The furniture was cheap and old. read more

Not worth the money they are charging, but that is post Katrina New Orleans

It was fine, clean and typical Holiday Inn. Need I say more?
