Hotel staff very friendlyand cooperative.
One elevator, long wait , other elevator was broken.

Great location, the mall is very close by. The air conditioner and heater are the old fashion kind that run all the time. It's a fairly old hotel, with only one elevator. Parking area was dark.

Conveniently located near family with easy access to all areas of Raleigh.
Not easy to find entrance from the highway the first time and very difficult to access hotel from local roads - poor sign age.

The location was good. The room was a nice size.
The tub drained very slowly. I was standing in a half tub of water by the time I finished my shower.

The pool was not yet opened for the memorial holiday.

Hotel was nice and clean and the staff seemed pleasant. It was also located near the mall and the interstates. Great location!

The Parking lot was desolate and not well lit.

Easy access to interstate.
Dirty carpeting, 1 elevator out of order, ice machine out of order (had to go up 4 floors).

Would not consider this a 3.5 star hotel. Needs a huge facelift and cleaning. Would not stay here again.

Large room, very clean.
Not the hotels fault but it was hard to get to the parking lot from the main road.

Large rooms with comfortable beds. It was very quiet.
