Not much.
No hot water in the morning!

My stay at this hotel was very bad since I did not have hot water when I wanted to take a shower at 6:30 AM in the morning. The front desk was told of this and knew about since others had complained. The small refrigerator made noises at night and I was awoken to this stuff.

Location is perfect for us.
Spotty hours of the restaurant.

We've stayed here numerous times and have always been pleased with the staff, cleanliness, problem resolution and room itself.

Rooms were large and clean. Friendly service people.
Older hotel that was recently redecorated Cheaply.

I would stay here again because it was clean, the bed was firm enough, it was friendly, and a convenient location.

The room was not very clean, the bar was not open, parking lot not lit at night.

This hotel could use an update. The microwave and mini fridge in the room looked as if they had been thrown out the window and brought back in. The bed sheets were questionably clean, carpets dirty on the first night and our room smelled of smoke terribly. I will try my best to never go back here.

Wireless Internet access in the room, availability of special pillows.
Poor room upkeep and service, unrepaired broken washing machine, poorly maintained fitness room, and no bottled water in the soda machine.

Conveniently located and reasonable in price with free wireless high speed internet access available in each room. In addition have a computer, printer and copier and fax service available in the lobby for hotel guest use. Fitness room and outdoor swimming pool available on the premises. Adequate no charge parking and a restaurant on the premises with edible food are added pluses. Housekeeping is barely adequate with different deficiencies every day that had to be rectified at the front desk. The washer and dryer for guest use was out of order during my entire stay and hand washing took forever because the bathrooms have no exhaust fans. Local telephone calls were 75 cents per call and I hesitated to ask what dial up internet access would cost. The television set was easily seen by a sight impaired person except that the only seat was on the end of a bed--no room for a chair. The availability of a room refrigerator, iron, hair dryer and the usual glasses, ice bucket and coffee machine were appreciated. All in all, I found the room adequate for my purposes. read more

5 a.m. Trash pick-up, noisy hallways, slamming doors.

Would not stay here if I had to pay more.
