The staff was very friendly and took very good care of us.
Lost wallet in room and no one has seen it.

Everything was fine until I lost of the wallet. We went back into room where we found stuff that was in the wallet but no wallet.

Affordable and location to what we needed.
No refrigerator/micro.

It was fine for what we needed as a group for just one night. We needed two rooms and one was ready for early check in, the other took hours to finally get. Staff was extremely friendly.

The staff was friendly.
The hotel elevator was under repair and the room was Spartan.

The hotel was a bit underwhelming and clearly not a 3 /4 star hotel which I had asked for.

When I called the manager to tell him about my experience, He was very understanding.
I didn't like anything about it.

The hotel is out of date and had given you a feeling of quiet desperation. The room was hideous.

Elevator.

If travelling to the northern part of Baltimore, I recomend staying at the Holiday Inn on Cromwell Bridge. It is nestled in the heart of residential area that gives you that home feeling while travelling.
