Beds were very comfortable.
Old dirty items, ice bucket, shower curtain moldy, alarm clock crusty dirt, carpet stained, windows filthy, view terrible.

This is an older hotel, needs updates, amenities were cheap, nothing special about room, bad oder upon entering room. good beds to sleep in, housekeeping friendly, accommodating, over priced for what you get.

The desk clerk that greeted me was wonderful. After a long journey he made me feel at home.
I can't!

This Holiday Inn was warm, friendly and inviting. The room was immaculate, comfortable and new! The staff was wonderful. I arrived near midnight, yet I was greeted as though it were the middle of the day by an enthusiastic staff member. I was made to feel as though I were being welcomed home. By far the best reception I've ever experienced!

Poor housekeeping practices. Hair in the bathroom upon checkin. Hair in the bathroom upon checkout. Didn't appear that the carpet was ever vacuumed during my stay.

Very convenient to local attractions.
Long black hair in bathtub and hair on bathroom floor.

The hotel was very convenient to both local attractions and ice cream shop. Only turnoff was woman's long hair in bathtub and hair on bathroom floor. Denise was supposed to clean the room, but did not do a through job.

A conventional Holiday Inn located in the center of town convenient to access roads. The hotel restaurant is suitable with a good menu.

The appearance.
Upon arrival, one computer was down, the person waiting on me finally took the phone from the other desk person because she was talking to a house clerk.

Very attractive Local to many attractions.

The Holiday Inn is a decent hotel for a traveler, but certainly would not qualify as luxurious or a romantic getaway. The hotel is located in Downtown Cumberland, so it is not picturesque, but it is closely located to the "mall" and other key locations in the town. The staff was friendly.
