Locatoin is great.
Upsell of $10 to get a non-smoking room.

I have used this hotel several times. The ownership changed recently and now if you want a non-smoking room, you are charged ad additional $10. Overall the hotel is fairly new and clean. The location is very good.

Terrible pool, Wi-Fi not working, average location.

This hotel is so far inferior to the 2 1/2 star Holiday Inn Express. The Express has a better location, a very good pool, wireless works 100 percent, complimentary breakfast, nicer lobby, newer rooms and the list goes on and on and on.

Rude staff, hotel stunk horribly, not maintained.

Don't have time..and this hotel isn't worth my time. Horrible staff, horrible odor, horrible accommodations in general.

Everything was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The hotel does not have free breakfast as many Holiday Inns do.

The location of the hotel was really convenient.
The room we stayed in had a leak and we did not get help to move to next room.

Service could have been better and the rooms could have been cleaner some of the staff were helpful.

Apparently, they must be doing some renovations. The 1st room I went to had the air unit disassembled and not working. The 2nd room didn't have a safety latch on the door (well, half of it was installed but the other half had never been put on). My room had a love seat in it. My parents had a handicap room and theirs had a nice wing chair in the sitting area. Our guess was that the manager and his wife was who was the waitress and cook. I asked for a room on the 1st floor and he said he had nothing available yet there were like only 3 cars in the parking lot. read more
