Staffs were very helpful.
The heater/air conditioning was
very noisy.

The hotel staffs were very helpful and seemed to enjoy their job. However, the room we stayed in, the heater/air conditioning unit was way too loud and woke us up every time the unit kicked in.

The staff was wonderful!

This is a great hotel for a business traveler. It is clean and has the proper amenities needed. It is not a warm hotel and does not feel right for families or a romantic getaway by any means. However, if you just need a place to sleep with very nice staff, this is the place!
