Very well set up for a unit in such a poor neighborhood.
It's rather 'old', and in poor quality neighborhood.

This hotel is overbuilt for the area it is located in, which is a 'depressed' neighborhood. It has all the facilities for a modest business weekend, but there is a lack of places close by for dining, and the restaurant is below Dennys in quality (probably due to lack of business). OK for an overnight stay, wouldn't want to spend a vacation there.

This motel although farther from my grandchildren was clean, well laid out, and staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The rooms were modern and extremely comfortable.
Too much truck traffic in the middle of the night. Noisy.

Very high quality for the money. Holidome pool for the kids. Everything was modern and updated. I would recommend this hotel to both families and business travelers. I did not use the business center but observed a modern and comfortable convenience.
