Friendly staff.

No fan in bathroom, bedroom wallpaper was falling off the wall, bright light was coming through closed door. Poor television channel selections. No courtesy van driver to Emory Hospital as promised. Friendly staff though.

Convenient location and excellent accommodations.
The parking situation was annoying, but unavoidable.

This Holiday Inn lives up to the reputation of the chain. I can not comment on response to problems because I had no complaints. I needed basic accommodations and that need was served fully. My traveling companions were happy with the online access in the room.

Room was better than the lobby.
Lobby was shabby - car break-ins in the garage - glass everywhere.

I thought the price was all inclusive. I did not use any extra services, I left a tip for the maid, and I ordered breakfast in the dining room and paid for it there. It is not the $10 - but the principle of the thing.

Convenience, very close to lots of attractions and comfortable lodging.
That is hard since I liked everything about the hotel except it didn't serve a fruit cup in the restaurant.

I attended a conference which the hotel hosted. Staff was receptive and helpful. Room service was unexpectedly super quick. It was an overall 5 Star experience for a 3.5 star hotel. I would definitely do it again! The only regret I have about this stay was that the friend I invited could not come with me!

I liked the easy with which I was able to find the hotel.
I felt the burger was a little on the expensive side.

The hotel is a very nice place to stay if you are staying for one or two nights in the Atlanta area. I'd recommend it to my family if they ever needed a place in Atlanta.

Furnishings were a bit worn.

Overall, this hotel was fine. Staff was helpful and friendly. Food from room service left something to be desired; but, the service was excellent. Furnishings were a bit worn in my room - carpet needed stretching and ceiling/wall looked as if there may have been water damage in the past. Not sure if hotel allows pets; but, neighbors had a dog and left it alone all afternoon & evening one day - so, it cried a lot while they were gone. read more

Location was easy to find.
No supplies in bathroom.

Hotel was grand with full restaurant and bar. Room was great with a lot of TV channels, which I liked because of poor health. Few amenities in my room. Hotel seemed to be a great place for a business meeting. I'd stay there again for the great price. Well satisfied.

Average quality hotel - quiet.
No microwave or refrigerator, I am handicapped - hard to get to room.

Average but comfortable. Not many amenities. Not to terribly far away from Atlanta- downtown area.

Parking right out front on the street.
Staff was rude, fire alarm at 4 AM.

This hotel was really struggling. There were not very many guests there. The front desk staff was very rude and unfriendly. There was a false fire alarm at 4 AM that lasted 15 minutes. A guy was getting busted by police in the lobby late at night, just before that. Other than that, the rooms were nice and the whole place was very clean.
